I was looking to exchange as well as buy another item for my son. After several emails back and forth I was told that I would be able to exchange the shirt(for a more expensive one). I was told that I would receive instructions regarding when would work best to exchange the item at the Surrey location. This was over a week ago and I still haven’t heard back. It was my first time buying from the Lions Store and it’s been a negative experience all around. I highly doubt that I will be buying anything in the future.
