1) The shop website was not updated and the system accepted an order we were later told was not in stock.
2) A t-shirt we received on one of the orders had a felt pen mark on it.
3) We emailed asking for an exchange but no reply was ever received. We had to go to one of the games to get it done.
There's no phone number or location to visit. Fine if we receive a phone call or email back to assist. Will never order on-line with the BC Lions shop again.
