Q. How long does it take to process an order?

A. Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to five to ten business days.

Each item that is purchased requires a specific warehouse processing time before your order can ship from our facility. The processing time may be different for each item. Transit time begins once the order has been completed, processed, and shipped from our facility. Delivery expectation also varies based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please email if you have one of the following issues:

  • Never received an order confirmation and you do not have your order number
  • Delivery time frame has passed and you have not received an update on your package


Q. How long does it take to get a jersey made up?

A. Jerseys can take from 10 to 15 business days to be completed.


Q. How do I know when my order is ready for pick-up?

A. You will receive an email from our online store that will let you know that your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up


Q. What are your pick up location’s hours of operation

A. Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Q. Where do I pick up my order?

Q. What if I need to return or exchange something?

A. Refunds/exchanges will be provided within 30 days of the original purchase date, you must have your original receipt and all original tags must be attached to the item. All exchanges or refunds are applicable on full priced items. Any discounted or on sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Q. Can I return a customized jersey for a different size?

A. All customized jerseys are final sale, no returns or exchanges will be provided.


Q. Can I buy a blank jersey and get a name and number put on later?

A. Yes, you are able to purchase a blank jersey and bring it back to our Surrey Practice Facility to get the name and number put on 


Q. If I have my own jersey how much will it cost to get a name and number put on it?

A.  In-house heat pressed costs $50.00 plus taxes; we also offer stitching for $70.00 plus taxes


Q. Can I get any name put on my jersey?

A. You can get any name on a jersey as long as it meets the club’s requirements. Men’s jerseys can have a maximum of 9 letters; women’s and youth jerseys can have a max of 8 letters. Please note that the club has the right to refuse any requests for inappropriate language and content.


Q. Will my jersey shrink if I wash it?

A. Crested jerseys are machine washable on a gentle cycle, they should NOT be put in the dryer (dry cleaning is ideal)
