Q: How long does it take to process an order?

A: Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to five to ten business days.

Each item that is purchased requires a specific warehouse processing time before your order can ship from our facility. The processing time may be different for each item. Transit time begins once the order has been completed, processed, and shipped from our facility. Delivery expectation also varies based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.


Q: How long does it take to get a jersey heat pressed or stitched?

A: Custom jerseys can take from 10 to 20 business days to be completed. Heat pressed jerseys take 5-10 business days. Stitched jerseys take 10-20 business days. Stitched jerseys take longer as the process is more extensive.


Q: How do I know when my order is ready?

A: You will receive an email from our online store that will let you know that your order has been fulfilled or ready to be picked up at our Surrey Facility.


Q: What are your office hours of operation?

A: Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm 


Q: What if I need to return or exchange something?

A: Refunds/exchanges will be provided within 30 days of the original purchase date, you must have your original receipt and all original tags must be attached to the item. All exchanges or refunds are applicable on full priced items. Any discounted or on sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Q: Can I return a customized jersey for a different size?

A: All customized jerseys are final sale, no returns or exchanges will be provided.


Q: Can I buy a blank jersey and get a name and number put on later?

A: Currently, we are not accepting blank jerseys from customers due to health and safety concerns.


Q: If I have my own jersey how much will it cost to get a name and number put on it?

A: Currently, we are not accepting blank jerseys from customers due to health and safety concerns. When available, in-house heat press costs $95.00 plus taxes. The jersey will need to be dry-cleaned before staff accept the jersey for crested, due to health and safety concerns.


Q: Can I get any name put on my jersey?

A: You can get any name on a jersey if it meets the club’s requirements. Men’s jerseys can have a maximum of 9 letters; women’s and youth jerseys can have a max of 8 letters. Please note that the club has the right to refuse any requests for inappropriate language and content.


Q: Can I wash my jersey in the washing machine?

A: Jerseys that are blank, with no name or numbers on the jersey, can be washed in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Do NOT put in dryer and allow for hang drying. Crested jerseys should be dry cleaned only and NOT washed in a washing machine.
