Products are great, customer service not so much

Both the shirt and shorts I ordered for Father’s Day are great! My dad loves them and they fit perfect. Unfortunately, even though I placed my order over a week before Father’s Day, my order wasn’t even looked at until 5 days after it was made and the gift did not arrive until after Father’s Day.
