I am happy with the Lions Hoodie, but I am not happy with the online purchase. I ordered the Hoodie on August 20th and the confirmation asked me to receive updates on the SHOP APP. I did not hear anything for 2 weeks, so I sent a email. The order was ready on August 31st, but I did not receive a email notification. I sent an email inquiring about my order and I received a reply on Friday September 2nd that I can pick up the order Monday to Friday 10:00AM-3:00PM. I picked up the order on Tuesday September 6th, the SHOP APP still shows the order as not completed.
