Very Dissatisfied

I bought a NE W summit full zip pullover. It took 2 weeks for it to arrive to my house. It does not fit. I want to exchange it but can only do so for 2 days. I am out of town and cannot return in that period of time. I think your exchange policy is unreasonable and unfair especially given the delivery time for the item.
